Adopts without Open in the Title

Hi members. I greatly apologize for the long wait on getting your submissions accepted. One of the reasons it takes so long is due to telling users to add "open" to the title of submissions. Though it is one of the rules of the group, unfortunately, many submissions still come in without it. To save time, submission requests that don't have "open" in the title will be declined without a comment asking to fix it. This doesn't mean submissions won't be accepted at all. Instead, it means that if your submission gets declined, the first reason will probably be forgetting to write "open" in the title. If the reason for declining is something else, a comment will be added telling you why. Thanks for understanding, keep up the awesome designs
